During our two-night stay, we enjoyed the spacious family room with lovely crown molding. The lack of noise from the coffee shop downstairs surprised us, allowing for a restful experience. The beautiful view of the Firth of Forth was a highlight, especially in the morning light. we found the steep stairs tricky with our luggage, and it would have been helpful to have clearer communication about the cafe's closure time.

The hotel offers picturesque views of the surrounding area.
The room assigned to us was chillingly cold upon arrival, and we struggled to get warm even after turning on the radiator. It felt particularly unwelcome after a long drive, as we expected a cozy retreat. the cafe closed much earlier than we anticipated, leaving us searching for a meal late at night, which was incredibly frustrating.

The breakfast was outstanding, with fluffy waffles and crispy bacon that I still dream about!
The lack of a lift made it challenging to carry our luggage to the first floor.

I had a pleasant stay with a very clean and spacious room, providing ample storage for our belongings. The food was tasty, especially the spicy tomato soup, enjoyed outside in the sun. the noise from the next room was disruptive and the morning cleaning felt rushed. a lovely spot with some areas that need attention.

The quiet, spacious family room offered stunning views across the water and was impeccably clean. The café below provided a delightful breakfast with fresh muffins, making mornings a treat. While the shower could have had better water pressure, the friendly staff made check-in smooth. Unfortunately, street parking was the only option available, and the café closed earlier than expected, which complicated dinner plans.

Should you try it? Yes or No
A very warm welcome upon arrival made my stay pleasant. The shower was fab, and the location's stunning views provided a lovely escape.
The cafe closes early, limiting dining options. The lack of a lounge for socializing made the experience feel a bit isolating.
